Apptizr, the app recommendation overhaul which we covered in the past tense, is departure beyond web with a dedicated iPhone app. Just like their web offering, the iPhone app allows users to discover new apps and get “personalized recommendations catered to their tastes.” In summation to matching user’s individual tastes, Apptizr also accounts for app quality, recommending only the most highly-rated apps in each genre.
