Alexander Bell today announced the Canadian introduction of Visual Voicemail on select BlackBerry smartphones from Bell Mobility, oblation clients easy voicemail direction and synchronisation without career into their voicemail loge.
“Visual Voicemail provides Bell Mobility clients a convenient way to manage voicemail by being able to choose which messages to listen to according to their own priorities,” said Adel Bazerghi, Senior Vice President of the United States of Products at Alexander Bell Mobility. “Being first base in Canada to deliver the Visual Voicemail service on BlackBerry smartphones is another example of how Bell Mobility enables clients to do more things in more places.”
Visual Voicemail allows clients to listen to their voice messages in any order, and once received on their handsets, they tin access them at any meter, even in areas without wireless reporting, such as airplanes or subways. The service automatically synchronizes voice messages on a client’s BlackBerry smartphone with those in their voice mailbox, so if the client deletes a message on their handset, the content is also deleted from the part mailbox.
By providing the tractability to choose the ordering in which messages ar reviewed, Visual Voicemail offers clients an easy and convenient way to manage voicemail according to their individual priorities. Clients can use Visual Voicemail to review, delete and forward messages as wellspring as save important messages directly to the device’s internal memory board or MicroSD/SDHC memory circuit board. The service also enables clients to respond to voicemail either by text message or a part call option.
Visual Voicemail deeds on both HSPA and EVDO networks in Canada and worldwide and is now available on the BlackBerry(R) Bold(TM) 9700, BlackBerry(R) Tour(TM) 9630, BlackBerry(R) Curve(TM) 8330, BlackBerry(R) Pearl(TM) 8130 and BlackBerry(R) 8830 World Edition(TM) smartphones and is expected to be available on additional BlackBerry smartphone models in the future.
