android, cell phones news

Google (NSDQ: GOOG) has recently included “Popular Images” lineament to its Image Search overhaul. Accessible on Android-powered devices and the iPhone, it lets users browsing and find interesting images across categories such as Movies, Sports, Cars &ere; Bikes, Music, and Cartoons. Each category has images corresponding to what’s popular on Google Image Search. Moreover, there’s the “Trends” class, which shows effigy queries from Google Trends that have especially high recent activity.

At the moment, Popular Images is available in the U.S. only, but I would expect to see it being rolled around the globe in no meter. To give it a try, record hop over to google.com, click on “Images” and then on the “Browse Popular Images” link. It’s that easy!
