We had heard Verizon (New York Stock Exchange: VZ)’s XV6975 (wagerer known as the HTC Imagio/Whitestone) would be hitting shelves on Oct 6th., which has just been further confirmed by this spik-and-straddle picture straightaway from VZ’s internal equipment guide. Still no intelligence on pricing, but we hear it’ll be packing a 5 megapixel photographic camera, WVGA 800 x 480 touchscreen, dual-style CDMA/GSM support, a criterion 3.5mm earphone jackass and TouchFlo 3D substance abuser port on big top of Windows Mobile 6.5. While the Imagio mightiness not bring the thunder like the HTC Leo, it should provide a nice high gear-end smartphone selection until Leo finds its agency to this side of the pool.
