LG and Sprint (NYSE: S) are having a big launch issue on Jan 6 during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, which is apparently going to be hosted by Rupert Brooke Shields. Celebrity endorsement isn’t cheap, substance they’re launching something big, but nobody really knows what just now. Our buddy Greg thinks it’s most likely the LG genus Lotus 2, and possibly the Prada three, which waterfall in occupation with the “celebrate style” tagline for the party the following nighttime. Eric, however, thinks it’s something considerably more ambitious: a WiMAX earphone. Sprint needs at least one device other than the Samsung Mondi to make their 4G net worth all the trouble, and LG whitethorn very well be the one to make it. CES isn’t far away, so we’ll be finding out what this enigma handset is soon sufficiency.
